Grandma was a woman of faith—a woman who loved talking to God every day. Being outside, surrounded by God’s creation, made Grandma feel especially near to God. She knew all His works reflected His glory.
So when Grandma moved into a brand new house, she knew she had a problem. Her yard was bare of all living things. None of God’s handiwork could be seen anywhere. Not a shrub, not a tree, not a flower, and certainly no birds or wildlife were around.
Thus began Grandma’s new journey with Creator God. She told God how much she wanted to be in the middle of all His living art. God heard Grandma, and together they worked towards the solution for Grandma’s problem.
