Getting to Know God the Father Better
Very little has been studied and written about God the Father in our lifetime and even, as it appears, over all of church history. Yet, remarkably, this is one of the main reasons why Jesus came to earth – to explain (or make known) the Father (Jn.1:18). Since no one has seen the Father, it took the gift of the Father and the revelation of His Son Jesus to earth to make Him known (Ex.33:20; 1Jn.4:12-15).
Here in this book you can read, study and discover more about God the Father, from what has been revealed and carefully preserved for us in the Bible. Learn about His nature, character, functions and more about the role He plays within the Trinity and to mankind (ex., see Jn.3:16,17). Two very touching stories about earthly fathers begin the book, followed by three easy to read and carefully studied chapters to help us to know God the Father better – about the Father Himself, His relationship with His Son Jesus, and His relationship with His family (the Church, the believers in His Son Jesus Christ).
Discover then how the Eternal Family of God, the Trinity (God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit) models for us the design for our families on earth (father, mother, children, and grandparents) for ongoing generations, so God may grow His family throughout the course of time. A presentation of Scriptural listings for study about eight wonderful, practical characteristics of God conclude these discoveries to help us understand and know God the Father better, both for our individual and family benefits.
