Peter is willing to risk everything to undertake a secret mission for his king. His best friend Dairon would not dream of letting him face the danger alone. Peter’s sister Kari refuses to be left behind. At their king’s request, they infiltrate the capitol of Terria, only to fall into the hands of their enemies.  
 
Later, as hunted fugitives, Peter, Dairon, and Kari must remain hidden in the city. Their intelligence-gathering mission turns into fomenting insurrection and rebellion. They encourage the common people to rise up against the tyrant on the throne. Together, the friends must overcome doubts and face fears, taking up arms in a battle for the city.
