When you hear the word "miracle" what do you think of? Do you envision a picture in your mind depicting the scene in the Bible where Jesus walks on water in the Sea of Galilee in Matthew 14:22-23 or maybe it's the scene described in Matthew 14:13-21 where Jesus feeds the multitude of five thousand men plus women and children after blessing only five loaves of bread and two fish. Does a miracle in your opinion only occur if it's done on such a grand biblical scale as described in The Gospel of Matthew or can you open your mind to believing that miracles can and do occur in many different ways right before our very eyes?
Miracles are truly supernatural Heavenly events created by God for His people of every race, gender, and socioeconomic background. Some miracles are subtle in nature while others occur in a more dynamic fashion. Either way God's miracles are real, precise, and occur exactly as planned to those He graciously gives them to. You don't need to be rich, famous, or have a supermodel face to receive God's blessed miracles as it only takes expectant faith and love in our Father to receive His Heavenly blessings. The true miracle stories I have collected for this book have saved, changed, and enhanced the lives of those they occurred to.
If we fail to evangelize our miracle moments with one another then we miss out in experiencing God's greatness as seen in the lives of the people in this book. Without sharing these miracles the world would not have the chance to hear about how God miraculously wiped a young mother's body clean and healed her of two different types of cancers as she faced death. If we don't provide testimony to God's greatness than we would never know how God so masterfully orchestrated lifting up a humble NFL rookie quarterback named Tim Tebow to greatness. In using the professional sports arena as His platform God was able to showcase a miraculous supernatural sign evoking biblical significance after the Denver Broncos thrilling overtime victory over the Pittsburg Steelers in the 2012 AFC wild-card game. The miracles in this book showcase God's supernatural work in the diverse lives of a variety of people in many settings with each having been marked with God's unique handprints.
