Paul Leckband served as a teacher, coach and administrators in Lutheran schools in Chicago, Lincoln, Honolulu and Norfolk, Nebraska from 1975 until 2014. Teaching responsibilities included English, speech, and theology. Since 2015 he has served as Spiritual Correspondent for Orphan Grain Train, writing devotions for The Headliner, OGT’s Weekly e-newsletter, devotional books for OGT conventions, and Bible studies for OGT branches and collection centers. OGT is a domestic and international relief agency, headquartered in Norfolk, Nebraska, with branches and collection centers throughout the U.S. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Concordia University. His wife Lois served as a Lutheran educator for over 40 years. They have three children and five grandchildren.
